Culture differences?

Culture is not the only thing that impacts fandoms the generations of fans have changed as well . In my time the age of boybands included heart throbs like nsync, LFO, 98*, Hanson, BSB, O TOWN, Moffatts, boys 2 men, ALL4ONE, Dream Street These groups had so many fans and yet how much do we know about their lives? what do we know about their private lives? we know a little about Nsync and we know a little about 1 member of 98* because of the media. These are of coarse only the American+ Canadian Boy groups The groups from the UK I know even less about their private lives.

Most if not all the members of BSB are married with children, Hanson are all married, 98* I honestly haven't heard about any of the members but I am almost sure at least one of the other members is married.

O-Town members practically vanished Ashley Angel had the most success after the disbandment and that is the only reason why it's a known fact that he has a child and a failed relationship then he practically vanished as well the only thing really known about him is he mainly does voice acting.

I actually don't know anything about the other groups and their private lives. I do not search for it and only find things out when other people mention them.

now if we were to flip the coin from then to now you have one main fan base that stands out a fan base that does some very amazing things among themselves that we did not have in my time however Beiber fandom does some scary stuff too . What has changed so much from when I was 15 to now that I am 2 yrs shy of 30?
People these days are more culturally diverse compared to before now that technology is at it's highest point. I mean music only got accessible on all fronts when I was about 15 or 16. I downloaded my first Korean and japanese tracks when I was 17 between the ages of 19-24 I became aware of how popular Asian culture and arts were with North americans and people all over the world really. People have been influenced by these things they admired and have followed suit. Am I blaming the Asian fandom culture no do I think part of it may play a part? we subconsciously pick up things from others we like admire talk to hang out with see on tv everyday. Also with different types of bullying increasing our youth are going down dangerous paths. Where is the guidance we did not have such bad mannerisms, we also treated our artists well and now our youth are cutting themselves for attention , causing trouble for their favoured artists. In the USA they have made a law to protect their artists called the steve tyler bill which I think needs to be in place all over the world.

Now if we go to Asian music culture particularly KPOP the fanbases have become a subculture of their culture. That culture has been warped over the years as well and now it is to a point where something really needs to be done. "Fans" being happy about putting the artists through discomfort, and claiming they plan to do worse. They are doing more things because they never face punishment. Bullying is a norm as long as it's not happening to you it doesn't matter unless you are an entertainer being accused of doing it. They seem to scapegoat and trash talk tear down their entertainers. I never look at things written about north american entertainers and their fans and think OMG one day they are going to kill them! but I find myself wondering when I will read an article about a Korean entertainers accidental death. are they waiting for some Manslaughter incident to happen before they take action?

Fans from these days are so different the fan wars, the rumors, speculations, the anger burning and breaking merchandise just because the person is dating someone you like or because they said your bias was their ideal partner. something needs to be done with the obsessive behaviour of these women they need some group meetings self help sessions therapy other things they can do with their time than skipping school, following the idols, breaking into their homes, setting up cameras to monitor them.

world of kpop my updates

I have been away for a long time, I have had many personal issues to deal with .
Please remember everything I share in my posts are either opinions or shared from someone else. This is not a stir-pot of rumors I am not here to create, validate or discredit any of the he said she said but I will state my stance in it if I have one.

The world of Kpop has been up in a blaze rumors about dating seem to be the main thing right now. I don't get it really I never have why is it such a bug thing in Asian culture to invade the artists privacy and such. I mean really BSB and Hanson are 2 once upon a boyband heart throb men who are almost all either married with children or married. Hanson members are apparently all married and BSB have children except Nick Carter.

In other news The battle between Stardom and Block B continues , There are so many things about this that just screams bad business. I have Never heard of Parents paying for their children to go on tour by paying their airfare. I think fans now know the reason why they didn't go abroad airplane tickets are expensive! they should have to refund that money to the parents. The parents paid because they wanted to help make their child's dreams come true but that was not a price they had to pay that was the companies job. The employees are part of the company therefore it should be the companies responsibility to refund the members even if it was not them who scammed the boys. They allowed characters into their employment who took advantage of them and left them high and dry they have a responsibility to make amends.

We put out our Christmas and new years wishes to Korean entertainment artists it's gotten some views but if the artists whom I tweeted the video to actually saw it , well I can only hope. There haven't really been comments though there was one email I received but before I could read it the person's account was terminated. I also posted the photo's or most of them on yfrog so they could see the messages without going through the video which I highlighted each time for each new set of messages to different artists.
If you want to watch the video and any other videos we make for artists you can search for the youtube channel 1985 Kefu  http://www.youtube.com/user/1985kefu

In other new Jang Keun Suk and Team H are showing no signs of sasaeng stress for once , I wonder if it's due to being in Japan? they have gotten #2 on Japan Orion chart and #1 on China's His last video just might cause a few rumors. I can already imagine one or two of them now "JANG KEUN SUK NOT GAY!" "JANG KEUN SUK PERVERT BEHAVIOUR IN VIDEO" so on so forth my jaw dropped when I saw him between those booties and the actions he did too but at the same time I couldn't help smiling I am anxious to see what people have to say about it.

I haven't seen Super Junior members making any complaints about hacked accounts, being followed or over all annoyance with anyone but then again I do not read Hangul so what do I know? though no elf's on my twitter have been making a fuss.

JYJ fans have reason to celebrate from recent talk they will be performing in Tokyo Dome.... JJ's lyrics to his songs are being translated and posted everywhere but I am now finding different translations all over the place.
http://sorryurlhere.tumblr.com/post/44007241774/after-reading-those-jaejoong-lyrics These lyrics had Ovaries around the world exploding. I have seen posts recently on twitter some fans wanting Yoochun solo album seems to be the main request they are asking for. I haven't seen much in regards to xiah but I have restricted the amount of jyj fans I have on my twitter because they are the fans I have the least tolerance for DB5K fans Homin+JYJ fans are all extreme in one thing or another. Extreme Shippers,Extreme solo fans of certain members who practically tear the group apart. Extreme fans who hate on one group or the other because they are no longer a group of 5 and so many other things. JYJ fans get extreme though really I guess it's not to say their fans since most starting the troubles are "solo" fans of one of the 3 members making trouble because so and so has more commercials or so and so is doing a solo tour or this one is in dramas and this one is in a movie this one now has a solo album so why not the other.

Dating rumors on the rise include Homin's Min Changmin and Victoria are in the rumor mill in result of some very creepy fan work. Victoria posted a picture from her meal on twitter and fans looked at the very small reflections in get this a spoon! Seriously you nothing better to do then look for reflections in objects in photos.
http://www.officiallykmusic.com/fans-find-more-evidence-claiming-victorias-and-changmins-relationship/
How obsessed do you have to be to check things like that? Obsession is a disorder it is a sickness. Other person in the rumor mill is Sooyoung She is being matched with a actor. This Sooyoung second dating scandal.

Scandals & idol images

allkpop.com201211way-back-wednesday-scandals This is the only reference I am giving to AKP

So I found this link about scandals past scandals and really UI do not see how some are scandals at all . They claim IU and Eunhyuk is a big scandal how is it a scandal that two adults are dating? if in fact they are and why exactly does it matter? who is making these mole hills into Mountains?

most of these things state clear as day the real scandal was to the fans and the fans reactions. Because they somehow believe over the course of time that in the world of entertainment Fan = GOD but it doesn't Fan is fan and god is well the lord almighty or a Korean male group who split up.

There is one reason why Fans consider these things scandals and get upset when their idols get involved in sticky situations. You paint the idols as something more than mere mortals.

So and so is Mr innocent church going fear of god never do wrong type of guy so when something bad happens and he is involved with it OMG! it's the end of the world because his false image has been tarnished.

Idols have Personas and Fans forget that fact and expect them to be that way at all times. Living a lie is no easy feat and they cannot do it 24/7 regardless of how talented they are as actors. Some Artists Hate having to act a certain way and have even admitted to being told the fans would not like them if they acted like themselves. That sirs is bullshit! I will not deny personality is important to me and to some others but seriously half the bimbos out there go for the guy they find the best looking and sounds the most amazing to them and then they like the personality as long as he is hawt and can sing and dance good her insides quiver, OMG did he just try to be cute Amazing! I like Oppa so much more now OMG Oppa looks so sexy when he is angry1 these girls are twisted visuals are the most important to half the floozies out there . Which is doubly sad because it is also why cosmetic surgery is so accepted in Korea because looks are more important than personality such a shame.

As I told my friend Asia I was going to be writing a post about personas and how idols do not all like them and such she left me a comment I just have to share.
my comment and hers

I have one left I want to write about the personas they force onto idols and make them keep even when they are uncomfortable with them

Asia :" Exactly!!! Like Ji hyo and her persona on the "monday couple" or IU and the eunhyuk dating scandal. I'm so pissed off with that. If fans love their idols so much, they need to back the fuck off and stay out of their personal business EVEN IF info or photos were leaked. Who the fuck cares who Eunhyuk or IU are dating? Does it change who they are? No. Does it alter our lives in any way? Only shattering our silly fangirl/fanboy dreams, that's it. I'm tired of people always speculating to the point where they obsess over these rumors then sit there and try to tell me the picture is proof. Are they friends with the idol? Do they know them personally enough to say "YES! They are totally dating!"? No! Just ugh i stopped believing in rumors and socalled "evidence" a long time ago."

Here is something I will quote something I found on tumblr

"[INFO] Hyuna talks to her Antis by letter on Fancafe. “i’m sorry if I can be myself just sometimes.Sorry to be another off stage.I regret that the only thing that the agency sell is my sexy side.I regret that they can not see my true personality. Not me, that’s not my genuine personality. It’s uncomfortable, be seductive / “hot” and sexy all the time.My only relief is when I’m at home with my friends or my mother, with them I can be myself. They, besides my mother, are probably the only ones who know the real me.But, why people criticize me? You should know that as a celebrity, you need to have an image. And this is mine. I’m not always proud of it, and I prefer to act cute rather than sexy, but that’s how I’m supposed to be.People do not know me, and judge me by my personality on stage. Do not they realize that this makes me sad? They do not know that I cry every night because I can not be myself all the time. Do not know that I suffer from de pression since I left Wonder Girls? And yet, go ahead, tell me false, ugly bitch. You do not know that I suffer from chronic gastroenteritis?. You know that is incurable ‘. Why only see bad things and not the things that make me a human being? Why do they hate me? What have I done? These people .. those who hate me so much .. probably have more in common with me than you think. My parents divorced when I was a teenager, my father left. He and I have not spoken again. Or do not know how is going with. That’s why I have this tattoo, because my mother always supported my goals and dreams. I will always be grateful. Do not people see my tattoo? Do people not understand that I’m just a girl? A young girl, misunderstood. Please give me a chance. Please see this through my eyes."

Many girls who read this cried they sympathized or felt angry that she had to go through that all alone. What is her company thinking? they are merely thinking sex sells and that is that never mind if the artist isn't happy and doesn't want to do it as long as they are getting big bucks through her discomfort and misery nothing else matters.

This next part is taken from http://blog.mjohnso.com/post/25658661932/the-dual-identities-of-after-school

"Previously when discussing identity, I treated it as a very singular matter – that k-pop idols have multiple identities, and that the persona presented to fans is a construction meant to make them appeal to a large audience, and not their real selves. In essence, the person they presented on stage was an identity completely separate from their real, authentic selves. While these personas were subject to change from release to release, the case of After School shows that it also varies country to country.

Not to say that this is by any means a groundbreaking revelation. It has long been accepted that k-pop groups will need to tailor their image and concept to appeal to a target market. Yet while k-pop fans seem to accept this as a reality of the market, I can’t help but feel that is because, it’s not really a true reality. As of right now, most k-pop idols have been confined to Korea and Japan, two countries’ whose cultures are not radically different. Their remains a sense of unity, sameness between them.

What happens though, when idols finally do make a real move into other markets like the United States? As I have said before, idols images will need to undergo dramatic transformations, and thus there will be the creation of a new image, another constructed identity. How will fans feel if there are three different versions of their idols, or eventually four, or five? What if these idols are completely at odds with their first persona, their Korean one? And how will prospective fans in these new markets react to the existence of groups with different identities? Will they accept it as k-pop fans do now, or will it be simply be another mark against them?
This question of identity is of course contingent on how successful and responsive foreign markets are to k-pop idols in the first place. Yet even at this point, where it is not certain that this method is feasible, I still have some reservations about instituting utilizing it in the first place.

While most fans implicitly accept that what their favorite idols show them is a persona, one that obfuscates their real selves, outwardly people do not acknowledge this. They treat the personas as if that is who they really are. They are like the subjects in the story, “The Emperors New Clothes”, willing to keep up the pretense that the emperor is not naked, but wearing clothes, or in this case, that the idols fictive selves are fact. But they are certainly only willing to do it to a point. If entertainment agencies are doing little to hide it, letting the artificiality become too plain and open, it is going to become more difficult for fans to accept it, an act which in time would prove detreimental to fandom.

Eventually, someone would stand up like the child in the story, and point out that the emperor is indeed not wearing clothes, destroying the carefully constructed artifice."

it's much easier to just be yourself with some boundaries I could probably say there are several versions of myself that I show to the world. There are always some people you are able to be your full true self with you must always know how much of yourself to give and to whom. If you know you are being watched by people of all ages you restrict yourself from certain behaviors and word choices and the likes.
themes concepts sure fine no one said you can't have those but some people have personalities that are different from what they are told to act like.

Lee Joon is known as Babo (which means idiot) by his fans which is terribly rude to me. someone on tumblr maintains that Lee joon stopped exercising due not to laziness but to being called Babo Muscles.

Yoochun they wanted to appear weaker then the rest so he was not to work out with the others when they were.

Hyuna must be a sex symbol regardless if she would rather be the girl next door.

Song Seunghyun and ftisland have been treated pretty rudely asked rude questions or asked questions in a nonflattering way . and they are not the only ones.

There are few entertainers who are able to be themselves without being reprimanded there are two entertainers I can think of who get away with speaking their minds and that is Kim Heechul Oppa and Jang Keun Suk.

Fans are just people and Entertainers are just people too one is not more important than the other everyone deserves to be treated well with respect. Everyone has the right to privacy their private lives should be theirs to enjoy as they want as long as no one is being harmed and everything is legal. Entertainers are grateful to their fans but that does not mean they should become cardboard cutouts for them. Fans are important to entertainers but that does not mean they should act like they own the entertainer and pry into their private lives at the end of the day we get an awful lot from our idols without having to snoop through their lives. They appear on television for us are in magazine interviews and televised ones as well , put on fanmeets, concerts and other events and yet still people try to hunt them down and control them your greed is too much.

Netizen Arrested

http://www.askkpop.com/article/Netizen-arrested-for-malicious-comments-about-Wonder-Girls-Sohee/#.UoGqBCfCWyI

After reading this article many people raised their hands in the air clapping and cheering for JYP in that moment everyone had the same thought "JYP YOU DA MAN!"

However sometime later some started to think "why not do more?" or "why is it only the females that seem to be treated so well " 2PM is known to have the most anti fans out of all the entertainers. Did he do the same towards their attackers? or is it because they are men they can handle everything that comes their way? JYP took the first step but will he take more? can we count on him to defend the artists against the evil hiding behind the "fan" mask? if you can succeed once you can succeed numerous times. Why not go after sasaengs in the same manner it's not that difficult is it? I mean they flaunt their actions all over it shouldn't be that hard to stop them .

Companies should follow JYP's example and action and start a motion forget Hallyu Wave start the Wave of justice for your artists who are treated unfairly by the public. When there is a sasaeng that texts a star photos of their own home and property proving they have illegal access to their home and property go to the authorities and go after the person. They have proof phone records will show the person sent the text and where from the photo is proof of where it was taken and the stars number that hasn't been given was also possessed in a manner of which was not the stars doing. Fight for the freedom of your artist fairly make them feel working with and for you is the best choice they made in their lives!

Sasaengs Netizens Anti fans they have no fear because they do not believe in the Korean Justice system and I doubt anyone can blame them . I believe it is time that companies managers and stars themselves give them reason to worry about doing wrong to the stars working hard to bring the people good quality entertainment.

Fancafes ( )-Jinyo

All These I DEMAND THE TRUTH CAFES make my blood boil are you serious! come on give it a rest do you have nothing better to do with your lives than to accuse stars of lying or digging into their personal lives. The person who has the most reason to hate those cafes is probably Epik High's Tablo whom had to deal with alot because of them and has stated they contributed to his fathers death.

they have gone after him over his education then they went after another entertainers daughter about her education and now they are going after IU and Eunhyuk over if they are dating or not? come on really?

for those of you who are unaware here is a link to catch up on this new development

http://www.soompi.com/2012/11/13/i-jinyo-and-i-mitsa-cafes-formed-after-iu-eunhyuks-selca-scandal/

not too long ago IU accidentally posted a photo of them together where she is in a pj top and he appears topless seems as though they are lying on a bed and it fueled more rumors that the two were dating even though they have denied it. honestly I do not see what the big fuss is. Do I not understand because I am not Korean? or is it simply because I have been taught that the private lives of others have absolutely nothing to do with me ? how does them being a couple affect my daily life? it doesn't except for the annoyance of others freaking out over it like they have the right to stake claim on the private personal lives of people they do not even know.

When they are ready to come out as a couple they will perhaps they are just very close friends it is not impossible after all they are limited to whom they are friends with given all the attention they receive. It's not impossible for people of the opposite sex to be close friends some of my best friends are males and when seen together we used to get mistaken as lovers but we have always been nothing more than friends. So why can't it be the same for them people seem to forget that stars are human.

As that Link above shows another cafe was made as well it is called a I-MitSa Cafe this cafe is the total opposite of the truth cafes and is set up to try and protect IU and Eunhyuk and once everything dies down with them other artists in the same position they are currently in. Bravo to the fans who are trying to help out their idols in a positive way.

Update Open World Entertainment

http://www.asianjunkie.com/2013/07/open-world-entertainment-ceos-sentence-finalized-jang-seok-woo-to-serve-6-years/

Having changed the original link the story may be a bit different but what it comes down to is still present.
In August he was sentenced to 6 years although they were trying to get him 9 years honestly I still think it's too little I say it should be 5 years per victim at least. It was also said he was calling the only victim out of 4 that was still testifying against him threatening her.

He is currently trying to have his sentence lessened by admitting his guilt instead of denying it like he had done previously hoping that in admitting to his guilt and trying to suck up his sentence will be less long. This man makes me sick. I have read the new link I posted up above and in that link it says what the results of his plea , he still got 6 years , 5 years with a public record and has to do some  kind of therapy. I do not understand how things work in Korea  I do know however that here in Canada if you commit such an act and were found guilty it ALWAYS STAYS on your personal record. Whenever you commit a felony it will be there as a prior conviction not just after 5 years or so that kind of thing does not disappear! that kind of behavior with as many victims as he's already had  it's likely to reoccur and that is why it's important to be in the file because it shows a prior disposition to such acts.

Twitter frenzy

I'm sorry I have not posted anything in a month or so but there have been things in my life I had to take care of and honestly nothing really stood out to me until just recently but I was sick all last month and am currently still not in the best of health.

There is one thing that caught my eye some time ago but I didn't feel up to writing a post about it although I did comment on both my twitter and facebook on the matter. The matter being JYJ's Jaejoong and his twitter.

Many fans or lets at least just put them in some kind of category went mental when the star had no more profile on twitter. Be it hacker made or by his own hand his profile was reduced to 3 dots as so ... This had fans saying things such as I lost all hope that profile was the only thing keeping my faith in the 5 of them becoming 1 again so on so forth yadayada blahblah.

At this point I was sitting there rolling my eyes at the outrageous things these netizens were saying or trying to say. Automatically they were on a wild blind goose chase threatening the shadows on the wall for hurting their precious. You have no idea what is going on and yet you are throwing threats around as though you have every right to do so. ATTENTION Cyber Mafia now Hiring prerequisites EXTREME FAN GIRL

I do not understand fangirls you are trying to support him? ok well how about this for a thought let the man sleep instead of spamming his twitter with your so called concern "don't worry oppa we will get those people hurting you we will protect oppa"

"Oppa" probably has notifications off so that twitter does not keep him up all night with the fan girls and their delusions. Many people have written about this kind of stuff on facebook and I am going to post my friend Asias status in which some of us have commented.

I really hate selfish fans. I cannot fathom why they think their happiness means more than the idol's. Why as soon as an idol leaves a group, does or says something the fan doesn't agree with, leaves a website because it's not good for them, etc., fans can't just trust the idol that they've made the right decision for themselves. All they care about is what THEY think happened, and how it affects
THEM. I'm sorry if i hurt some feelings but its fucking true. Its not about you, you're just a fan. In the grand scheme of things you have ZERO power over the idol. They make their own damn decisions and no matter how much you bitch and complain about it what's done is done. Jaejoong left Twitter, its sad but think about it. Is him leaving REALLY that bad? Is Twitter SUCH a great website that you just can't understand why he would leave? Maybe you do understand, you just are worried that now you can't keep up with his life. Sorry that's the sad reality of a fan. They choose how much we get to hear and see about them.

that is the status and next I will have the comments in "

AW: "Twitter sucks anyway lmao I only have one because it's the best way to contact certain people. Actually only one person lol Jaejoong can do what he wants. He's a person first, idol second. And people forget that he's a sweet sensitive man and can't deal with the bullshit people keep throwing at him on Twitter. It's ridiculous! People acting like this is the biggest tragedy ever. -_- "OMG I'm gonna cry myself to sleep and hope when I wake up this is just a nightmare" "the people who hacked him deserve to burn in hell" "OMG SO SAD I'M GONNA DIE" omg stfu lol"

Asia : Riiigghhht!?? Lol glad you understand

WWS: "so many people wrapped up in the life of one idol. I'm sure the boys love their fans, but there has to be a line that should not be crossed. In America it is called stalking-in Korea, it is called reality. Jae has to do what is best for him, and I am sure that there are several hundred stalkers that will still keep everyone informed of his life. Just tell the ones who so upset at Jae to hook up with John Egg. At least he isn't a stalker, but will keep them filled in of upcoming things and pics."

Then there is me who wrote I hear you loud & clear on this I've been saying pretty much the same since everyone started their freakout over his bio being gone. Saying it was holding them all together blablablahblab
I'm just kinda whatever not like he ever answered pretty much any of us fans back he just let us know a bit more about his Here n now

then another girl commented

KL: "tbh, im not sorry about any hurt feelings. i know i sound mean. too bad. we are fans. not their leaders. our purpose is encouragement and support. and if you're like me, worrying and wondering if theyre ok/got to rest/etc. i admit i was upset when aoi deleted his twitter. not because i couldnt follow his life story, but because of what caused it."

I then responded to her

KL I understand what you are saying but people still take things too far all the same . I worry about everyone but I do not go apeshit over it.

Twitter helps fans see more into the lives of the artists we see the things we shouldn't see and are willing to show us. Since we are not sasaengs we do not know what they do in their everyday lives and although we may get curious over what they do a majority of us normal fans are happy with things this way knowing they will show us what they want us to see through twitter. It is a privilege given to us by the star it is by no means an OBLIGATION. people take things for granted where the stars are involved they have the right to their privacy "FANS" need to stop acting like they own them because they don't!

Another thing that annoys me on twitter is the fan aggression I understand you get upset when your bias is hurt. I get it I hate seeing people hurt. I do not agree however with having my feed filled with hate messages to shippers about how they are crazy and deserve to die. I get it that they are mentally unhinged but you are equally unhinged to go on some emo trip wish of death list frenzy. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY has the right to tell someone else to go die because they are crazy. God is the only one with the right to decide what makes you so great that you have the right to tell someone to kill themselves? Crazy people need help not death wishes.

What is wrong with the world that violence is the first thing they turn to in any state of mind or emotion. Do you think Oppas are happy that they have one group of psychos threatening the other group of psycho's all in the name of Love for Oppa? give me a break they aren't going to pay anymore attention to you then they do to the crazies that make them cringe in their books you are as cringe worthy as the girls that follow them or have their minds set that they are a true life pair of star crossed lovers.

People who believe they own a person or that they are entitled to every waking moment of a stars life need some professional health services.

project update

I've finally finished my first Sasaeng files video which I will post on here, other news for projects we have been working on. I am waiting to hear from the group creator, I wanted her to hand over the materials for the take my heart project. The project which had been put on hiatus due to her program for photo editing or her PC/ laptop was not working properly. Honestly it's a little hazy after all this time. I am however trying to get the material so that I can try to wrap it up and get it out there.
My friend and fellow Admin Dilem has her Turkish blog running strong with an increasing viewing audience I will post her link below as well. Fellow Admin and good friend of mine Muriah has put together a project with Cassie's where they are sending in letters to the judge in charge of the JYJ/SME court case. That which should be coming to a wrap soon enough, I believe she just needs to name of the judge in order to have them delivered to him. I believe depending on the results of her project an assembled protest should be held at the court. We have some big plans but it's still a little early to share all of them .
We are ordinary people trying to make extraordinary things happen, while still living our everyday lives to the best of our abilities.

OUTRAGEOUS!

I have harped on about my views towards how korean fans anti fans and fans from other fandoms disgust me when it comes to funerals. Once again I must express my utmost disgust I feel so sorry to hear people had to go through such disrespect. http://forums.allkpop.com/threads/some-people-threw-eggs-during-hyunseungs-fathers-funeral.44266/

this as far as I know atm is a rumor but it's disgusting!

(Anything in BOLD is something I agree with or believe in)
Since many people do not read the actual articles I've taken to copy pasting them

copied from above link

"I heard that some people (apparently VIPs) threw eggs at Yoseob during the funeral. Seriously, Hyunseung just lost his father & why would someone do that at a fucking funeral? Why throw eggs at Beast when they too are mourning the loss of someone close to them? I don't care how much you hate them but doing that at a funeral is just low. It's disgusting.

Also, some B2uties were trying to get autographs from the members. Are you fucking kidding me? Reading these kind of things make me want to fly to Korea and slap the living shit out of those disrespectful people."

How terrible is that ! do not harass them at such a time you are kicking them while they are down! and you are being disrespectful!

Here are some comments from fans

"Now this is fuckin rude!!! I know how he feels, because I've lost my father too earlier this year. It must have been very hard for him, and imagine just how he felt when those people... ahhh! I don't even wanna think about it! I'd beat them up!!! "

"If this is real, then...THOSE BITCHES!

Karma has took note of every single person who done this. Just saying! "

"I dunno..
Unless there's pictures or proof I won't believe it.
I really don't think there's people like that. "

"Wow really? How can anybody be that insensitive? It really astonishes me how some people act in this world. Personally im not a beast fan but you don't have to be a fan to feel sympathy. hope he gets through this. "

"

A good portion of the time, I'm ashamed of some of the actions that the Korean VIPs do. Seriously. Hyunseung just lost his father. Respect their wishes in a time of mourning. If a B2uty threw eggs at any of a BigBang family members' funeral, VIPs would be trying to start a massacre (and they'd probably succeed too). WTF is wrong with them?

Same for B2uties. You KNOW better. If anything, this is the time for you to protect Hyunseung the most from any haters/press. Not take part with them. Ugh...Come on Korean fans. And I thought the press taking pictures of Minzy at her grandmother's funeral was bad... "

"u keep thinking how can a people be so stupid
and then they did this
and all ur doubt would be gone
sighs "

"WTF !this is very rude
what the hell wrong with those people ! I don't even understand why fans have to be at the funeral ??
I mean Before he is a celebrity he is a human that lost his father,So Fans really need to give him some space for him & his family
I feel very sorry for him :( "

" I'm ashamed of our society. That's not even low anymore. Do they know the meaning of respect?
And for the fans who tried to get autographs: Wow... really, you sure are sensitive.
Everytime you think it couldn't get worse people are trying to prove that you're wrong. "

"I honestly don't give a shit if they want to hate, they can hate all they want but going as far as throwing eggs during someone's funeral is not cool. I hope that everything that has been discussed between b2uties for the past hours are just rumors, I really hope so. I also don't think it's VIPs, more like haters. "

"I'm so angry that I'm crying, and I'm not even a fan. "

as I say and others said too so far it's a rumor only someone posted a link talking about more of this story the story was apparently long so the writer broke it down . http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.ca/2012/09/b2uties-call-out-vips-over.html

Taken from the link above

A lot of you requested best replies on news of the passing of Hyunseung's father this past week. I purposely ignored it because I didn't think this was the place or time for it.

The ordeal has actually been brought up as a controversial issue on Nate Pann these past few days with a lot of upset B2uties coming forward and calling a select group of VIPs out for their disrespectful comments towards Hyunseung and his father.

These are two top ranking posts on the topic. I will translate bits and pieces of it and summarize the rest because it's lengthy and kind of redundant, as well as going into a lot of fandom specific things that I'm sure people in either fandom are already well aware of.

Italics are my summaries.

-

"Hello, I'm a student who has been a personal fan of Jang Hyunseung for the past year. I won't introduce myself any further as it won't help what I'm about to say in any way. I'm not sure if B2uties are still banned from posting in Nate Pann, and if we still are, then I'll apologize in advance. Should this post become a problem, I will delete it myself.

As you all know, Hyunseung oppa's father passed away the other day. I no longer want to talk about such a heartbreaking thing anymore, but I am bringing it up once again because of how severe the actions of antis and disrespectful B2uties are getting."

She attached a screencap of a best reply left by a VIP on an article about the passing of Hyunseung's father. The best reply stated, "It's unfortunate that he died but I don't think this news is big enough to cover Seungri's scandal..ㅜㅜ.. Or maybe it can.."

"As you can see, this is a hateful reply left on a Nate article.. Words that I cannot even bear reading with open eyes.. Such hurtful words jabbed at my heart as a fan. Each letter choked at me. If someone special to you, if someone in your family had become a piece of ash as well, could you still say such things?"

The OP then goes into Hyunseung's "Trouble Maker" promotions with HyunA. I don't know about the i-fan response, but both Hyunseung and HyunA received A LOT of hate for the song concept being too provocative and too mature for their age and TV.

The reason the topic is brought up is because "Trouble Maker" was a turning point in ruining Hyunseung's image with the public, which the OP thinks has something to do with all of the hateful replies he's receiving now to this day.

"CEO Hong Seung Sung, I really hate you. I hate you so much for making Trouble Maker. As an entertainment CEO, as someone who knows how important an image it is to a singer, to a celebrity, to their life... how could you have thought of putting out a concept like Trouble Maker? Even if Hyunseung wanted to debut with Trouble Maker, you should have stopped him.

What have you gained with such an explosive response? You've earned nothing but antis with a fake image, and now even after his father passed away, he is still receiving hate because of that image.

To so many people, he is remembered with a bad image. Even I, as his fan, would have looked at him in a negative light had I not been a fan at that stage in his career.

Have you ever stopped to think how upset he must feel to see the related search terms when he searches his name? How regretful he must feel? Just because being a celebrity means you have to be strong in the face of hate does not mean that he deserves that hate."

The OP then addresses VIPs and tries to clear up old rumors that they're still spreading about Hyunseung, which I'm not going to get into because they're old and I remember reading them years ago so I'm sure his fans and VIPs already know the truth about them. She's just bringing them up to remind VIPs again that they're spreading false information.

The post then ends with a final letter to VIPs, where she asks them to work together to find middle ground so that neither side has to apologize in the future.

1. [+208, -11] I'm a VIP and I've liked Jang Hyunseung since before the debut of Big Bang. I feel truly upset over the passing of his father and I cannot say anything but sorry after reading those hateful replies. I would like to genuinely apologize. I have no intention of dismissing your post under the excuse of everything being "old news" and I will not defend our fandom saying that the people you are referring to are just the minority. I am just sorry. I will make sure that nothing like this ever happens again. Please forgive us.

2. [+174, -3] Please don't delete this post. It's been a while since I've read anything so respectful. I don't understand why just because Hyunseung debuted as a celebrity, he has to receive comments from people saying good riddance and how it doesn't concern them on such a devastating day. Anyone that said one hateful thing when his father passed away needs to reflect immediately. Put yourself in his shoes. By the way, I am not a B2uty or VIP.

3. [+172, -3] I am sorry that I can't say anything more other than please find strength. I'm sorry that I'm a B2uty that can't explain anything even though I know what's wrong and right. I'm sorry that I'm making it more difficult during the hardest period of his life. I'm sorry that I could do nothing but just watch as he received hate during Trouble Maker despite knowing what a passionate person he is on the inside. I'm sorry to not only Hyunseung, but also to Junhyung for not being able to protect him. Moreover, I'm sorry to B2ST for them having to say that they are no longer afraid of hateful replies because they received so much of them with their debut. Lastly, I'm sorry for all of the disrespectful B2uties that brought hate to such a respectful group.

The following post is a B2uty calling out other fandoms and B2uties for their disrespectful actions at the funeral.

-

"Hello. I am writing about something concerning the passing of Hyunseung's father. As you all know, he passed away from a heart attack on the morning of August 20th.

'Rest in Peace.'

How difficult is it to say just that? Why are you leaving hateful replies? What is the reason? Would you like it if someone swore at you when your father passed away? I am so embarrassed to be considered the same human being as you..

Whether or not you are from a different fandom, you should be sad that another life has passed away.

And as a B2uty myself, I never thought I'd call out another B2uty, but I really cannot understand the actions behind the disrespectful B2uties and the reporters that I saw at the funeral.

How dare you hold colorful placards at his funeral? How dare you ask for autographs at such a place? If you were truly for B2ST, then you would mourn his death and look out for Hyunseung at home, away from becoming a nuisance to Hyunseung at the funeral.

And to the reporters.. How would you like it if someone kept taking pictures when your father passed away?

I really cannot differentiate whether you guys are truly fans or antis in disguise... Did you think Hyunseung would gladly give you an autograph and check out your placards during his father's funeral?

I'm so embarrassed as a B2uty... Don't call yourself a B2uty if you're going to do that.

I also heard that antis had thrown eggs at Yoseob at the funeral... I am just praying that it is truly nothing but a rumor.

To the antis... please don't hurt the hearts of B2ST. I'm sure you guys have fandoms yourselves.. Would you feel happy if your favorite artists were hated on? Please, put yourself in the shoes of others."

Replies to the blog

"Fans always think they know what's best for the idols, which surprise surprise, coincidentally aligns with what THEY want. Let these people lead their own lives and careers. You are not their manager, you are not their mother, you are just a fan. Learn your place.

Some VIPs are never going to get over the whole Hyunseung drama, whether its true or not. Oh well, what can be done. "

"ghh im enraged with this...! in moments like this, you should say RIP and thats all not leave stupid comments... day by day fans talk more and more like theyre part of the mafia O__o... are people that cold-hearted that they just care about a person's death because it might cover someone else's scandal? just stfo!

poor Hyunseung... I still remember that special where B2st's dads were dancing "Fiction" and MR. Jang looked healthy and everything :( hope he can RIP and that their families gather the strength to continue... "

"never understand why fans have to be at the funeral... and media should give them privacy"

"Can someone tell me what's with the VIP drama? why are they mostly talked about in this article? I'm sorry I don't follow beast or big bang so I dont know what's the link between their fandoms.

I hope his father rest in peace.

^ it is because one of beast members always ends up using the same clothes GD used before, so VIPS get angry with it and hate on the guy.

Yeah believe it? Vips hating on the guy even when his dad died because THEY USED THE SAME CLOTHES.

And funny thing is GD copies others artirts all the time LOLOLOL"

"At a time like this, when a person is mourning the loss of a loved one, shouldn't people empathize and be respectful? What has humanity come to? Antis..how do you live with yourself, knowing you make other human beings so unhappy? Do you enjoy causing such disrespectful acts? Do you not have parents and siblings and friends you care deeply for? Imagine if your parents or sibling or friend was constantly hated on and receiving negative comments daily..would you be happy? Hyunseung is a hardworking idol. His collab with HyunA to create Trouble Maker was mature and artistic and new. If you don't like it, stop watching their performances and just go on with your lives. Why hate? Why torment Hyunseung while he is mourning the loss of his father? Why throw eggs at B2ST members while they too are mourning the loss of someone close to them? I don't understand and fear for the future if people like this are the future generations we are suppose to rely on. And for k-B2UTYs that disturbed the peaceful mourning at the funeral home with colorful placards and shouting for autographs? If you are a true fan of B2ST, why can't you just give it a rest for sometime and not pester them. These idols, the 6 boys we all love and care for, are also humans. They have emotions and are entitled to privacy like you and I. Please, I hope nothing else like this ever happens again to Hyunseung, to B2ST or to anyone in the world.

RIP Papa Jang"

"eally... some of you calling out b2uties and vips, do you know who are the most disrespectful ones? REPORTERS. at least spare their family and not taking picture or video continuously. -_-

as a fellow i-b2uty, i hope b2uties can learn from this and in the future behave accordingly. b2uties have done many mistakes before, and it was either our own b2st oppas (wait, there're only few of them i can call "oppa" though -.-") and b2uties who call out to us. at such, i'm glad fellow b2uties step up to straighten the ridiculous behavior of some b2uties. in the future, i hope b2uties can be a good fandom. it'd never be a perfect and smooth ride, but i hope b2st can continue giving us their best. i'm sure hyungseung will be stronger through this. much condolescence to him and his family, and may his father rest in peace.

ah.... this has been a hard week... T.T"

Well that's all folks this long post has come to an end I hope I do not read anymore articles involving disrespect at a funeral again . JYJ's Yoochun had the Press all over taking pictures and fans all trying to get close but they at least kept things secure enough no harm came to any of them. Minzy from 2NE1 wasn't just photographed but also there was recordings and video of her making a speech at the funeral. So terrible! and now Throwing eggs *if it's true* and Asking for autographs >.< when will this sickness be cure?!
