CJES taking action against netizens

Cjes has shown us fans that they are serious and taking as good care of JYJ as SM didn't take care of TVXQ\DBSK , NETIZENS, ANTI FANS, SASAENGS have spent too many years getting away with their actions towards these three men and now CJES is trying to bring an end to it! KUDOS TO YOU! JYP has in the past made several attempts to help some of their artists, and CJES has leaped into this fully I hope in the near future we see more companies trying to help their artists than adding more pain and abuse to their lives!

There are so many things I can say about this but I am so tired and my brain just doesn't want to function. The thing I can say however is that Korea is too lax towards women who commit offenses, why did he get expelled and she got 3 months suspension expel her too! . There is NO REASON at all that is good enough to allow a woman of her morals to decide the fate of others.Because as if what she did by continuing to have an affair with a married man then tell his wife all the facts wasn't enough , she continued to break other rules and laws as well why should she get special treatment? stop letting toads into the system then maybe you would get real justice served.

This is an old post I had posted on my other blog June 5th 2012 But I felt it belonged on here so I posted it here, what with the sasaengs getting more extreme it seemed befitting though in this post I speak about tvxq and JYJ but it can be applied to all groups with sasaengs.
So the other day I was doing some research for my other blog to show the mindset of "fans" known as Sasaengs when I found a "stalking" video the video shows footage of Yoochun Park former member of TVXQ dbsk and member of JYJ being stalked by sasaeng. The thing that shocked me more than the video was the song used as audio for the video it was the first verse of Love The Way You Lie pt2 by rihanna.

The reason for the words like this easy in the beginning the guys didn't really have such crazy sasaengs but then the outrageous things started to happen The things they did got worse and worse and although they seem innocent those sasaengs are evil! Fans Lie they claim to love their "Oppa's" but instead they hurt them over and over again building them up and trying to crush them. The men keep entertaining because it is who they are they cannot stop and honestly I think even if they did stop they would still be stalked regardless. They love their fans and are tormented by everything. The sasaengs beat on the guys alot and there have been times they have defended themselves and times where they have been violent having had enough of the abuse they suffer at the hands of the Sasaengs. There is a love hate relationship between idol and sasaengs, sasaengs overly love them and love them in a bad way and sometimes they hate the idols for their rejection but still love them meanwhile idols hate sasaeng actions and most do not consider them fans but twisted fans. so that is that I am mainly rambling on .
The part that I find really describes the relationship between Kpop idols and sasaengs the best is

I have stated before that I am not a big fan of AKP due to their shadiness , however if you want to know what the talk of the kpop world is with all the rumors and all they generally have it. However after a recent stunt where they posted naked pictures of Ailee up I am removing all their links. I was happy at least the company is taking action on her behalf.
There are somethings in life one should never touch upon no matter your opinions on a person . What gives a stranger the right to tell someone who is grieving the loss of their baby "If you feel sorry for the baby you should die quietly" I have said it several times in the past What the fuck is wrong with Koreans that they always tell their artists they should kill themselves ! why is suicide such a popular trend there? Korea obviously has A LONG list of things they need to improve in their society. Bullying, Stalking, Suicide the youth of Korea needs some help in the form of mental, medical and emotional support.
Being so far along and losing the baby is such a painful experience not just the main fact the baby will never smile up at you. At almost 5 months pregnant she would have actually have a still birth and the abortion process. The experience is emotionally mentally and physically painful . I am saddened to think there are people cruel enough to attack a woman in such a vulnerable position. What has she ever personally done wrong to you? Just because she is famous and married to a famous actor you spite her and attack her. I would never wish the kind of pain she went through onto anyone but I hope if those people are ever put in the same situation they realize just what rotten things they have done. The guilt will be their cross to bear but I get the feeling they wouldn't care people who do not value life enough to tell someone to kill themselves can never truly understand how precious life is.
I am at a loss of what else to say about this I can't believe I am only hearing about this now and it happened in June but I am happy to see actions have been taken towards netizens. Korea needs to make some changes we should not be seeing articles with headlines that involve hate comments towards miscarriage or sasaengs crash wedding or netizens tell -------- to die like his father or tell ------- they are glad their father died. How can people so cold and cruel be so proud? I will never understand.

Why artists and others do not rely on the justice system too often
First off I am sorry for my absence. I have been dealing with a lot of various things and have been lazy and neglectful, I am sorry.
In this post there are a few things I would like to touch up. I will start with why people have no faith in the justice system and are less likely to call the cops and seek help when dealing with many situations. Also why they end up giving up the fight.
From personal experience in dealing with the justice system I have come to a certain understanding. You see there was a time last year where I called the cops on my ex boyfriend for threatening to kill me. I went to court where I spoke with a social worker and the Prosecutor but as of yet I have not even gone to court yet for that case. During my visits there I learned I had 3 main choices 2 of those choices gave him no punishment for his actions at all and the 3rd well that would be left to the court to decide in a trial. My options were as follows I press charges and go to trial and the court decides and I have no more restraining order. I could drop charges and keep my restraining order which would only be good for a year, doing that he would have nothing in his criminal file. The second option was much of the same thing except he would admit to the judge he did something that made me feel threatened enough to call the cops but once again nothing would be in his file. Excuse me but does no one else see something wrong with that? If a person threatens to kill someone that should STAY in their record as a testament of their behavior. A lot of people that end up being caught for murder how many of them have also previously threatened someone but those cases were dropped?
Another reason why people do not go through with pressing charges is the time it takes! My case happened 2 summers ago and I am still waiting! You spend so much time being scared or paranoid and then one day you just don't give a shit anymore and keep living as normal. You get to a point where the only thing you can think is "what's the point now?" or "what's the use?" If it takes that much time over just one person can you imagine how it would be for an idol with their many sasaeng fans? Because the idols have the mind set of "why bother" or "what's the use" Sasaeng fans keep doing the things they know they shouldn't be doing or perhaps some do not think of it in that way at all but the bottom line is they do it because they know they can get away with it. They know the idols do not have the time to deal with court issues when they have to be out there making $ for their bosses who don't care enough to make life easier for them.
Recently there has been alot of disgusting things going on with Exo who is part of SME, it's no surprise that they would have sasaengs since many if not all SME artists have them. The real disgusting thing is that SME never does anything to make things better for the artists it has under it's roof. Super Junior has been dealing with sasaengs and Anti-fans for most of their existence SME does not try to make life better for it's artists The youngest member of Super Junior didn't even have his own bed at first and it was fans who bought him one. SME is one of the companies that would never give it's artists a fair amount of time off Their motto surely could be "No Work,No Pay. No Jusitce!" The reason why I picked this link is because these people got it right, if you do not support the action do not post sasaeng photos with your article your action is encouraging even if your words are barbed wires. There is a site which I will not name because I will not encourage people to go and see the post with all the sasaengs photos but the post and all the comments are filled with hate and anger believing the actions were wrong . However they have Many photos taken by sasaengs on it we do not need to see the photos to know what was done was wrong and disagree with it.
The Exo Fandom is pretty wild causing the fandom to be banned from a music shows tapings. Like their fans the Sasaengs that exo have are pretty extreme as crashing the wedding goes above normal stalker behavior. Sasaeng fans are getting scarier and scarier, it's no longer a matter of them breaking into houses calling cellphones nonstop hiding cttv camera and those other nasty things like leaving personal female hygiene things or body liquids and hair for them. They physically assault them for "ignoring them" Exo's main vocalist not only had his brothers wedding crashed but he was also struck in the throat for "ignoring" them, they also sent him a message threatening him if he treated them that way again.
There was another case a friend told me about where a fan kept kicking B1A4's Baro when he fell down.
Only happened cause his hands were filled with the crutches so he couldn't take the fanmade card.

What I find strange are the fangirls who say that is the price of fame and these guys should just deal with it. Really? What if it was female idols being followed by strange men. Many claims have been made where the cops will say "she did it out of love" or "she's only a young girl" since a wide variety of ages are present in the sasaeng base it's not always easy to tell who will just be let off. Also Male idols do not like to show their weakness even more than an average man because unlike the average man everyone will know about his inability to hand a mass of teenaged girls. It's all very sexist you may be able to take on 1 woman but a hoard of them is not a laughing matter a good number of the time when they have no cares beyond making any kind of impression.

To not see anything wrong with the things sasaengs do though it is their views and opinions we must disagree with them fullheartedly YES entertainers expect a certain level of privacy invasion but not to the point hoards of "fans" are attacking tenants in their building or crashing their brothers wedding or above all breaking into their homes stealing from them and calling them at all hours of the day. They expect a certain amount of lurkers at certain places and times but they do not expect to have people breathing down their necks and chasing after them in cars across town half the day to everyday. Everyone expects a certain level of privacy and respect along with their fame they know they will have to give up some privacy but they should not have to tolerate such disregard to their safety and their human rights.

In this post there are a few things I would like to touch up. I will start with why people have no faith in the justice system and are less likely to call the cops and seek help when dealing with many situations. Also why they end up giving up the fight.
From personal experience in dealing with the justice system I have come to a certain understanding. You see there was a time last year where I called the cops on my ex boyfriend for threatening to kill me. I went to court where I spoke with a social worker and the Prosecutor but as of yet I have not even gone to court yet for that case. During my visits there I learned I had 3 main choices 2 of those choices gave him no punishment for his actions at all and the 3rd well that would be left to the court to decide in a trial. My options were as follows I press charges and go to trial and the court decides and I have no more restraining order. I could drop charges and keep my restraining order which would only be good for a year, doing that he would have nothing in his criminal file. The second option was much of the same thing except he would admit to the judge he did something that made me feel threatened enough to call the cops but once again nothing would be in his file. Excuse me but does no one else see something wrong with that? If a person threatens to kill someone that should STAY in their record as a testament of their behavior. A lot of people that end up being caught for murder how many of them have also previously threatened someone but those cases were dropped?
Another reason why people do not go through with pressing charges is the time it takes! My case happened 2 summers ago and I am still waiting! You spend so much time being scared or paranoid and then one day you just don't give a shit anymore and keep living as normal. You get to a point where the only thing you can think is "what's the point now?" or "what's the use?" If it takes that much time over just one person can you imagine how it would be for an idol with their many sasaeng fans? Because the idols have the mind set of "why bother" or "what's the use" Sasaeng fans keep doing the things they know they shouldn't be doing or perhaps some do not think of it in that way at all but the bottom line is they do it because they know they can get away with it. They know the idols do not have the time to deal with court issues when they have to be out there making $ for their bosses who don't care enough to make life easier for them.
Recently there has been alot of disgusting things going on with Exo who is part of SME, it's no surprise that they would have sasaengs since many if not all SME artists have them. The real disgusting thing is that SME never does anything to make things better for the artists it has under it's roof. Super Junior has been dealing with sasaengs and Anti-fans for most of their existence SME does not try to make life better for it's artists The youngest member of Super Junior didn't even have his own bed at first and it was fans who bought him one. SME is one of the companies that would never give it's artists a fair amount of time off Their motto surely could be "No Work,No Pay. No Jusitce!" The reason why I picked this link is because these people got it right, if you do not support the action do not post sasaeng photos with your article your action is encouraging even if your words are barbed wires. There is a site which I will not name because I will not encourage people to go and see the post with all the sasaengs photos but the post and all the comments are filled with hate and anger believing the actions were wrong . However they have Many photos taken by sasaengs on it we do not need to see the photos to know what was done was wrong and disagree with it.
The Exo Fandom is pretty wild causing the fandom to be banned from a music shows tapings. Like their fans the Sasaengs that exo have are pretty extreme as crashing the wedding goes above normal stalker behavior. Sasaeng fans are getting scarier and scarier, it's no longer a matter of them breaking into houses calling cellphones nonstop hiding cttv camera and those other nasty things like leaving personal female hygiene things or body liquids and hair for them. They physically assault them for "ignoring them" Exo's main vocalist not only had his brothers wedding crashed but he was also struck in the throat for "ignoring" them, they also sent him a message threatening him if he treated them that way again.
There was another case a friend told me about where a fan kept kicking B1A4's Baro when he fell down.
Only happened cause his hands were filled with the crutches so he couldn't take the fanmade card.

update on the world of KPOP
Guilty of not updating in far too long.
I cannot possibly unravel all the stories that have been shared in the time I have been away but I will throw some things out there.
B.A.P had concerts in USA and they were able to go around pretty much unharrassed from the moment of their arrival until their departure. would that happen in Korean? HELL NO! it is too uncommon for Korean Idols to move freely on home soil that is not to say it isn't hard to get around in other places too many of us have read the stories after all of the events that transpire in Japan and China as well as some other places time to time.
Kim Jaejoong of JYJ former TVXQ member has been touring and he had a wonderful tour that has now come to an end. I was happy to see him fairing so well for a change it could just be me but I find his stress lines have decreased.
Block B struck out they should follow in JYJ's glorious footsteps and contact cjes.
Lizzie from After School broke her leg and the rumor mill is a buzz and I have no idea what the truth is I do not want to post the site or blog my friend sent me that showed the information. According to the blog the Pledis CEO demanded a lap dance from her when she was practicing her poledance for their new song "anyone else think it is wrong that these women are pole dancing?" when she refused to do it she was attacked by him and other staff members who all stomped on her leg and she was then forced to post pictures with her cast to show she was ok. I somehow find this extremely hard to believe and if it is true I will be very disappointed because that is the company Nu'Est is part of and I really love that group.
The group I was originally part of that had me starting this blog in the first place has fallen apart and that is why I have not really been posting as much . Though honestly my life has become rather hectic with my health not being 100%. I will not abandon this blog just because the group itself seems to have become a ghost town I have little energy to try to revive once again. I am trying so hard to keep my own life balanced but I will not desert this blog even if I am gone for weeks or months at a time I ask you for forgiveness as I apologize for my absence in advance.

Culture differences?
Culture is not the only thing that impacts fandoms the generations of fans have changed as well . In my time the age of boybands included heart throbs like nsync, LFO, 98*, Hanson, BSB, O TOWN, Moffatts, boys 2 men, ALL4ONE, Dream Street These groups had so many fans and yet how much do we know about their lives? what do we know about their private lives? we know a little about Nsync and we know a little about 1 member of 98* because of the media. These are of coarse only the American+ Canadian Boy groups The groups from the UK I know even less about their private lives.
Most if not all the members of BSB are married with children, Hanson are all married, 98* I honestly haven't heard about any of the members but I am almost sure at least one of the other members is married.
O-Town members practically vanished Ashley Angel had the most success after the disbandment and that is the only reason why it's a known fact that he has a child and a failed relationship then he practically vanished as well the only thing really known about him is he mainly does voice acting.
I actually don't know anything about the other groups and their private lives. I do not search for it and only find things out when other people mention them.
now if we were to flip the coin from then to now you have one main fan base that stands out a fan base that does some very amazing things among themselves that we did not have in my time however Beiber fandom does some scary stuff too . What has changed so much from when I was 15 to now that I am 2 yrs shy of 30?
People these days are more culturally diverse compared to before now that technology is at it's highest point. I mean music only got accessible on all fronts when I was about 15 or 16. I downloaded my first Korean and japanese tracks when I was 17 between the ages of 19-24 I became aware of how popular Asian culture and arts were with North americans and people all over the world really. People have been influenced by these things they admired and have followed suit. Am I blaming the Asian fandom culture no do I think part of it may play a part? we subconsciously pick up things from others we like admire talk to hang out with see on tv everyday. Also with different types of bullying increasing our youth are going down dangerous paths. Where is the guidance we did not have such bad mannerisms, we also treated our artists well and now our youth are cutting themselves for attention , causing trouble for their favoured artists. In the USA they have made a law to protect their artists called the steve tyler bill which I think needs to be in place all over the world.
Now if we go to Asian music culture particularly KPOP the fanbases have become a subculture of their culture. That culture has been warped over the years as well and now it is to a point where something really needs to be done. "Fans" being happy about putting the artists through discomfort, and claiming they plan to do worse. They are doing more things because they never face punishment. Bullying is a norm as long as it's not happening to you it doesn't matter unless you are an entertainer being accused of doing it. They seem to scapegoat and trash talk tear down their entertainers. I never look at things written about north american entertainers and their fans and think OMG one day they are going to kill them! but I find myself wondering when I will read an article about a Korean entertainers accidental death. are they waiting for some Manslaughter incident to happen before they take action?
Fans from these days are so different the fan wars, the rumors, speculations, the anger burning and breaking merchandise just because the person is dating someone you like or because they said your bias was their ideal partner. something needs to be done with the obsessive behaviour of these women they need some group meetings self help sessions therapy other things they can do with their time than skipping school, following the idols, breaking into their homes, setting up cameras to monitor them.

I have been away for a long time, I have had many personal issues to deal with .

The world of Kpop has been up in a blaze rumors about dating seem to be the main thing right now. I don't get it really I never have why is it such a bug thing in Asian culture to invade the artists privacy and such. I mean really BSB and Hanson are 2 once upon a boyband heart throb men who are almost all either married with children or married. Hanson members are apparently all married and BSB have children except Nick Carter.
In other news The battle between Stardom and Block B continues , There are so many things about this that just screams bad business. I have Never heard of Parents paying for their children to go on tour by paying their airfare. I think fans now know the reason why they didn't go abroad airplane tickets are expensive! they should have to refund that money to the parents. The parents paid because they wanted to help make their child's dreams come true but that was not a price they had to pay that was the companies job. The employees are part of the company therefore it should be the companies responsibility to refund the members even if it was not them who scammed the boys. They allowed characters into their employment who took advantage of them and left them high and dry they have a responsibility to make amends.
We put out our Christmas and new years wishes to Korean entertainment artists it's gotten some views but if the artists whom I tweeted the video to actually saw it , well I can only hope. There haven't really been comments though there was one email I received but before I could read it the person's account was terminated. I also posted the photo's or most of them on yfrog so they could see the messages without going through the video which I highlighted each time for each new set of messages to different artists.

In other new Jang Keun Suk and Team H are showing no signs of sasaeng stress for once , I wonder if it's due to being in Japan? they have gotten #2 on Japan Orion chart and #1 on China's His last video just might cause a few rumors. "JANG KEUN SUK PERVERT BEHAVIOUR IN VIDEO" so on so forth my jaw dropped when I saw him between those booties and the actions he did too but at the same time I couldn't help smiling I am anxious to see what people have to say about it.
I haven't seen Super Junior members making any complaints about hacked accounts, being followed or over all annoyance with anyone but then again I do not read Hangul so what do I know? though no elf's on my twitter have been making a fuss.

We put out our Christmas and new years wishes to Korean entertainment artists it's gotten some views but if the artists whom I tweeted the video to actually saw it , well I can only hope. There haven't really been comments though there was one email I received but before I could read it the person's account was terminated. I also posted the photo's or most of them on yfrog so they could see the messages without going through the video which I highlighted each time for each new set of messages to different artists.

In other new Jang Keun Suk and Team H are showing no signs of sasaeng stress for once , I wonder if it's due to being in Japan? they have gotten #2 on Japan Orion chart and #1 on China's His last video just might cause a few rumors. I can already imagine one or two of them now "JANG KEUN SUK NOT GAY!" "JANG KEUN SUK PERVERT BEHAVIOUR IN VIDEO" so on so forth my jaw dropped when I saw him between those booties and the actions he did too but at the same time I couldn't help smiling I am anxious to see what people have to say about it.
I haven't seen Super Junior members making any complaints about hacked accounts, being followed or over all annoyance with anyone but then again I do not read Hangul so what do I know? though no elf's on my twitter have been making a fuss.

Extreme fans who hate on one group or the other because they are no longer a group of 5 and so many other things. JYJ fans get extreme though really I guess it's not to say their fans since most starting the troubles are "solo" fans of one of the 3 members making trouble because so and so has more commercials or so and so is doing a solo tour or this one is in dramas and this one is in a movie this one now has a solo album so why not the other.
