project update

I've finally finished my first Sasaeng files video which I will post on here, other news for projects we have been working on. I am waiting to hear from the group creator, I wanted her to hand over the materials for the take my heart project. The project which had been put on hiatus due to her program for photo editing or her PC/ laptop was not working properly. Honestly it's a little hazy after all this time. I am however trying to get the material so that I can try to wrap it up and get it out there.
My friend and fellow Admin Dilem has her Turkish blog running strong with an increasing viewing audience I will post her link below as well. Fellow Admin and good friend of mine Muriah has put together a project with Cassie's where they are sending in letters to the judge in charge of the JYJ/SME court case. That which should be coming to a wrap soon enough, I believe she just needs to name of the judge in order to have them delivered to him. I believe depending on the results of her project an assembled protest should be held at the court. We have some big plans but it's still a little early to share all of them .
We are ordinary people trying to make extraordinary things happen, while still living our everyday lives to the best of our abilities.

OUTRAGEOUS!

I have harped on about my views towards how korean fans anti fans and fans from other fandoms disgust me when it comes to funerals. Once again I must express my utmost disgust I feel so sorry to hear people had to go through such disrespect. http://forums.allkpop.com/threads/some-people-threw-eggs-during-hyunseungs-fathers-funeral.44266/

this as far as I know atm is a rumor but it's disgusting!

(Anything in BOLD is something I agree with or believe in)
Since many people do not read the actual articles I've taken to copy pasting them

copied from above link

"I heard that some people (apparently VIPs) threw eggs at Yoseob during the funeral. Seriously, Hyunseung just lost his father & why would someone do that at a fucking funeral? Why throw eggs at Beast when they too are mourning the loss of someone close to them? I don't care how much you hate them but doing that at a funeral is just low. It's disgusting.

Also, some B2uties were trying to get autographs from the members. Are you fucking kidding me? Reading these kind of things make me want to fly to Korea and slap the living shit out of those disrespectful people."

How terrible is that ! do not harass them at such a time you are kicking them while they are down! and you are being disrespectful!

Here are some comments from fans

"Now this is fuckin rude!!! I know how he feels, because I've lost my father too earlier this year. It must have been very hard for him, and imagine just how he felt when those people... ahhh! I don't even wanna think about it! I'd beat them up!!! "

"If this is real, then...THOSE BITCHES!

Karma has took note of every single person who done this. Just saying! "

"I dunno..
Unless there's pictures or proof I won't believe it.
I really don't think there's people like that. "

"Wow really? How can anybody be that insensitive? It really astonishes me how some people act in this world. Personally im not a beast fan but you don't have to be a fan to feel sympathy. hope he gets through this. "

"

A good portion of the time, I'm ashamed of some of the actions that the Korean VIPs do. Seriously. Hyunseung just lost his father. Respect their wishes in a time of mourning. If a B2uty threw eggs at any of a BigBang family members' funeral, VIPs would be trying to start a massacre (and they'd probably succeed too). WTF is wrong with them?

Same for B2uties. You KNOW better. If anything, this is the time for you to protect Hyunseung the most from any haters/press. Not take part with them. Ugh...Come on Korean fans. And I thought the press taking pictures of Minzy at her grandmother's funeral was bad... "

"u keep thinking how can a people be so stupid
and then they did this
and all ur doubt would be gone
sighs "

"WTF !this is very rude
what the hell wrong with those people ! I don't even understand why fans have to be at the funeral ??
I mean Before he is a celebrity he is a human that lost his father,So Fans really need to give him some space for him & his family
I feel very sorry for him :( "

" I'm ashamed of our society. That's not even low anymore. Do they know the meaning of respect?
And for the fans who tried to get autographs: Wow... really, you sure are sensitive.
Everytime you think it couldn't get worse people are trying to prove that you're wrong. "

"I honestly don't give a shit if they want to hate, they can hate all they want but going as far as throwing eggs during someone's funeral is not cool. I hope that everything that has been discussed between b2uties for the past hours are just rumors, I really hope so. I also don't think it's VIPs, more like haters. "

"I'm so angry that I'm crying, and I'm not even a fan. "

as I say and others said too so far it's a rumor only someone posted a link talking about more of this story the story was apparently long so the writer broke it down . http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.ca/2012/09/b2uties-call-out-vips-over.html

Taken from the link above

A lot of you requested best replies on news of the passing of Hyunseung's father this past week. I purposely ignored it because I didn't think this was the place or time for it.

The ordeal has actually been brought up as a controversial issue on Nate Pann these past few days with a lot of upset B2uties coming forward and calling a select group of VIPs out for their disrespectful comments towards Hyunseung and his father.

These are two top ranking posts on the topic. I will translate bits and pieces of it and summarize the rest because it's lengthy and kind of redundant, as well as going into a lot of fandom specific things that I'm sure people in either fandom are already well aware of.

Italics are my summaries.

-

"Hello, I'm a student who has been a personal fan of Jang Hyunseung for the past year. I won't introduce myself any further as it won't help what I'm about to say in any way. I'm not sure if B2uties are still banned from posting in Nate Pann, and if we still are, then I'll apologize in advance. Should this post become a problem, I will delete it myself.

As you all know, Hyunseung oppa's father passed away the other day. I no longer want to talk about such a heartbreaking thing anymore, but I am bringing it up once again because of how severe the actions of antis and disrespectful B2uties are getting."

She attached a screencap of a best reply left by a VIP on an article about the passing of Hyunseung's father. The best reply stated, "It's unfortunate that he died but I don't think this news is big enough to cover Seungri's scandal..ㅜㅜ.. Or maybe it can.."

"As you can see, this is a hateful reply left on a Nate article.. Words that I cannot even bear reading with open eyes.. Such hurtful words jabbed at my heart as a fan. Each letter choked at me. If someone special to you, if someone in your family had become a piece of ash as well, could you still say such things?"

The OP then goes into Hyunseung's "Trouble Maker" promotions with HyunA. I don't know about the i-fan response, but both Hyunseung and HyunA received A LOT of hate for the song concept being too provocative and too mature for their age and TV.

The reason the topic is brought up is because "Trouble Maker" was a turning point in ruining Hyunseung's image with the public, which the OP thinks has something to do with all of the hateful replies he's receiving now to this day.

"CEO Hong Seung Sung, I really hate you. I hate you so much for making Trouble Maker. As an entertainment CEO, as someone who knows how important an image it is to a singer, to a celebrity, to their life... how could you have thought of putting out a concept like Trouble Maker? Even if Hyunseung wanted to debut with Trouble Maker, you should have stopped him.

What have you gained with such an explosive response? You've earned nothing but antis with a fake image, and now even after his father passed away, he is still receiving hate because of that image.

To so many people, he is remembered with a bad image. Even I, as his fan, would have looked at him in a negative light had I not been a fan at that stage in his career.

Have you ever stopped to think how upset he must feel to see the related search terms when he searches his name? How regretful he must feel? Just because being a celebrity means you have to be strong in the face of hate does not mean that he deserves that hate."

The OP then addresses VIPs and tries to clear up old rumors that they're still spreading about Hyunseung, which I'm not going to get into because they're old and I remember reading them years ago so I'm sure his fans and VIPs already know the truth about them. She's just bringing them up to remind VIPs again that they're spreading false information.

The post then ends with a final letter to VIPs, where she asks them to work together to find middle ground so that neither side has to apologize in the future.

1. [+208, -11] I'm a VIP and I've liked Jang Hyunseung since before the debut of Big Bang. I feel truly upset over the passing of his father and I cannot say anything but sorry after reading those hateful replies. I would like to genuinely apologize. I have no intention of dismissing your post under the excuse of everything being "old news" and I will not defend our fandom saying that the people you are referring to are just the minority. I am just sorry. I will make sure that nothing like this ever happens again. Please forgive us.

2. [+174, -3] Please don't delete this post. It's been a while since I've read anything so respectful. I don't understand why just because Hyunseung debuted as a celebrity, he has to receive comments from people saying good riddance and how it doesn't concern them on such a devastating day. Anyone that said one hateful thing when his father passed away needs to reflect immediately. Put yourself in his shoes. By the way, I am not a B2uty or VIP.

3. [+172, -3] I am sorry that I can't say anything more other than please find strength. I'm sorry that I'm a B2uty that can't explain anything even though I know what's wrong and right. I'm sorry that I'm making it more difficult during the hardest period of his life. I'm sorry that I could do nothing but just watch as he received hate during Trouble Maker despite knowing what a passionate person he is on the inside. I'm sorry to not only Hyunseung, but also to Junhyung for not being able to protect him. Moreover, I'm sorry to B2ST for them having to say that they are no longer afraid of hateful replies because they received so much of them with their debut. Lastly, I'm sorry for all of the disrespectful B2uties that brought hate to such a respectful group.

The following post is a B2uty calling out other fandoms and B2uties for their disrespectful actions at the funeral.

-

"Hello. I am writing about something concerning the passing of Hyunseung's father. As you all know, he passed away from a heart attack on the morning of August 20th.

'Rest in Peace.'

How difficult is it to say just that? Why are you leaving hateful replies? What is the reason? Would you like it if someone swore at you when your father passed away? I am so embarrassed to be considered the same human being as you..

Whether or not you are from a different fandom, you should be sad that another life has passed away.

And as a B2uty myself, I never thought I'd call out another B2uty, but I really cannot understand the actions behind the disrespectful B2uties and the reporters that I saw at the funeral.

How dare you hold colorful placards at his funeral? How dare you ask for autographs at such a place? If you were truly for B2ST, then you would mourn his death and look out for Hyunseung at home, away from becoming a nuisance to Hyunseung at the funeral.

And to the reporters.. How would you like it if someone kept taking pictures when your father passed away?

I really cannot differentiate whether you guys are truly fans or antis in disguise... Did you think Hyunseung would gladly give you an autograph and check out your placards during his father's funeral?

I'm so embarrassed as a B2uty... Don't call yourself a B2uty if you're going to do that.

I also heard that antis had thrown eggs at Yoseob at the funeral... I am just praying that it is truly nothing but a rumor.

To the antis... please don't hurt the hearts of B2ST. I'm sure you guys have fandoms yourselves.. Would you feel happy if your favorite artists were hated on? Please, put yourself in the shoes of others."

Replies to the blog

"Fans always think they know what's best for the idols, which surprise surprise, coincidentally aligns with what THEY want. Let these people lead their own lives and careers. You are not their manager, you are not their mother, you are just a fan. Learn your place.

Some VIPs are never going to get over the whole Hyunseung drama, whether its true or not. Oh well, what can be done. "

"ghh im enraged with this...! in moments like this, you should say RIP and thats all not leave stupid comments... day by day fans talk more and more like theyre part of the mafia O__o... are people that cold-hearted that they just care about a person's death because it might cover someone else's scandal? just stfo!

poor Hyunseung... I still remember that special where B2st's dads were dancing "Fiction" and MR. Jang looked healthy and everything :( hope he can RIP and that their families gather the strength to continue... "

"never understand why fans have to be at the funeral... and media should give them privacy"

"Can someone tell me what's with the VIP drama? why are they mostly talked about in this article? I'm sorry I don't follow beast or big bang so I dont know what's the link between their fandoms.

I hope his father rest in peace.

AnonymousSeptember 23, 2012 3:26 AM

^ it is because one of beast members always ends up using the same clothes GD used before, so VIPS get angry with it and hate on the guy.

Yeah believe it? Vips hating on the guy even when his dad died because THEY USED THE SAME CLOTHES.

And funny thing is GD copies others artirts all the time LOLOLOL"

"At a time like this, when a person is mourning the loss of a loved one, shouldn't people empathize and be respectful? What has humanity come to? Antis..how do you live with yourself, knowing you make other human beings so unhappy? Do you enjoy causing such disrespectful acts? Do you not have parents and siblings and friends you care deeply for? Imagine if your parents or sibling or friend was constantly hated on and receiving negative comments daily..would you be happy? Hyunseung is a hardworking idol. His collab with HyunA to create Trouble Maker was mature and artistic and new. If you don't like it, stop watching their performances and just go on with your lives. Why hate? Why torment Hyunseung while he is mourning the loss of his father? Why throw eggs at B2ST members while they too are mourning the loss of someone close to them? I don't understand and fear for the future if people like this are the future generations we are suppose to rely on. And for k-B2UTYs that disturbed the peaceful mourning at the funeral home with colorful placards and shouting for autographs? If you are a true fan of B2ST, why can't you just give it a rest for sometime and not pester them. These idols, the 6 boys we all love and care for, are also humans. They have emotions and are entitled to privacy like you and I. Please, I hope nothing else like this ever happens again to Hyunseung, to B2ST or to anyone in the world.

RIP Papa Jang"

"eally... some of you calling out b2uties and vips, do you know who are the most disrespectful ones? REPORTERS. at least spare their family and not taking picture or video continuously. -_-

as a fellow i-b2uty, i hope b2uties can learn from this and in the future behave accordingly. b2uties have done many mistakes before, and it was either our own b2st oppas (wait, there're only few of them i can call "oppa" though -.-") and b2uties who call out to us. at such, i'm glad fellow b2uties step up to straighten the ridiculous behavior of some b2uties. in the future, i hope b2uties can be a good fandom. it'd never be a perfect and smooth ride, but i hope b2st can continue giving us their best. i'm sure hyungseung will be stronger through this. much condolescence to him and his family, and may his father rest in peace.

ah.... this has been a hard week... T.T"

Well that's all folks this long post has come to an end I hope I do not read anymore articles involving disrespect at a funeral again . JYJ's Yoochun had the Press all over taking pictures and fans all trying to get close but they at least kept things secure enough no harm came to any of them. Minzy from 2NE1 wasn't just photographed but also there was recordings and video of her making a speech at the funeral. So terrible! and now Throwing eggs *if it's true* and Asking for autographs >.< when will this sickness be cure?!

Boycotting

so I have a hard time with boycotting I think it's pointless and does more harm than good. People who are not involved in matters the people are upset over end up suffering and paying for the companies mistakes or unjust ways. Some people Really Piss me off there are more than a handful of fangirls I could point out that claim a unfounded hatred towards SME artists who have done no wrong and are not even involved with the hot mess between DBSK TVXQ JYJ and SME these people cannot stop working just because you are pissed off at the CEO of the company they signed contracts with . These men and women have families to support mouths to feed rent and bills to pay and they are under some pretty airtight contracts to do so. People need to make a living being happy with the situation or not does not change things one iota.

If you want to make a difference do not hurt the artists hurt the man in the power seat. I do not care if you only care about your bias and your self be selfish all you want but how about using your brains and not your hormones to make a difference. Do you want to make a difference in the case against SME Cassies? How about marching with signs that show the universal laws SME has broken with their trainees and artists. How about marching in front of the court with those signs. how about chanting for JYJ in front of the court. The only person who can help you get what you want and what the guys deserve is the judge , you could probably even send mail to the court if you wanted . but boycotting that's like trying to get rid of a bee put waving a flower at it. Boycotting SME is laughable to him he still continues pushing his artists they still perform even if they barely make a cent on the performance. because the truth of the matter is there will always be people like me still supporting the artists I love even while a mass of fangirls in sheepskins boycott them.

I researched SME boycotting and found this tumblr post

http://krazim.tumblr.com/post/2556292578

I will copy and past my favorite parts from it

"boycotting sme won’t do anything

unless you practically get 95% of the fans to do it, well then… sure it will. but if it’s practically just 50%, literally, sme will still profit. "

"if you guys didn’t know, record labels do use the money you make for them wisely - usually for your benefit. there are those who pay for your rent - or house(s), hire a team of marketers who do a really good job at promoting you, vacation, tours, gas for your car, and other things. yes, and most of them usually pay for your music videos, making your album, creating your dvds, etc. and these cost more than hundreds of millions to do. music videos usually cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to make. making a good album cost almost the equivalent or more. going on tour will usually land you in a couple of thousands.

and if you’re boycotting a certain label to “protect” your artist, it isn’t really “protecting” your artist. it hurts them more… unless that’s your intention. the money the artists makes from their previous album sales (and other promotions) is used for their next album promotion. the more the money company makes = the better concept and promotion for the next comeback. and the artist actually gets paid - it’s not slavery unless you’re not getting paid for anything."

Where most of that is true if you are told you are going to get a certain amount of money and you do not get it but you have completed that contract you deserve your money. If you work on something and you are getting a lower percentage then agreed upon or not getting paid at all things change. for example she mentioned Vacations how many vacations have the artists under SME taken ? not very many it's not a vacation if you are there for work. If you are there to make a video a special DVD or TV series or photo shoots then sorry that's not a vacation that's going on location to an exotic place to spice things up.

"next time you want your artist to be on more variety shows, get more stage presence, or do anything that requires work and effort - DON’T EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT SLAVE CONTRACTS. "

I must admit that fans are pretty pushy more so those belonging to fandoms , you have created as much of a problem for the artists you love as the company has. Companies try to keep up with demands after all.

Cassies have Boycotted SME more than once (THIS IS OLD NEWS OBVIOUSLY SINCE WE KNOW BOA HAS FLURISHED AND REMAINS POPULAR)

http://kitto-no-toho.blogspot.ca/2010/01/news-sm-gone-too-far-cassiopeia.html

"For years now, Cassiopeia has not been on good relations with SM. There has been constant bickering to and fro from the beginning. In fact Cass were pretty much fanclub babies when they had to butt heads majorly with SME.

Let's take a walk down memory lane at the beginnings of the hectic relationship of now, the Worlds Largest Fanclub and Koreas leading Entertainment company (SM pales in comparison already don’t they?). When TVXQ were still fresh and young SM gave them their first challenge. SM was going to either take away a member or add one.

That is where the 5+1=0/5-1=0 movement came about. Cass was infuriated, they did not want their beloved boys to be altered, the very reason they entered that fandom was to support them as a whole. So how and why could SM dare to add or subtract a member? Push came to shove and Cass ended up boycotting all SM products, including of course, DBSKs."

At that time SME wasn't what it is today so they gave in but they aren't affected by this anymore.

"But why a boycott, why now? And what has this got to do with SNSD?

A lot of what pushed them to the edge has happened since their debut, and because of their disapproval of SNSD. For years as some of you know, and some of you don't, SM has been disregarding their fans. Not just Cassiopeia, but pretty much every FanClub under SME. Shall we take a run through?

Jumping BoA:Well, simply put, when is the last time they saw her? Her last official release in Korea was back in, 2005 was it? "Girls on Top". Her Korean fans have barely seen her and she has been unbelievably active in Japan that some in Japan consider her a native. And when did Jumping BoA finally get to see their star? When SM was lacking in sales in SMTownLive in Seoul and needed the 'moneymaker' BoA to rescue them, by pulling in some Jumping BoAs. Now how insulting is that? For your entire fanclub to be ignored until the company needs some star power? Let's not forget her sudden trip to the US now, wasn't she supposed to come back to Korea?

TRAXians: Do you know who they are? My point exactly. Another example of poor marketing and sending off again to Japan. They haven’t been active for an extremely long while, although their main vocals Jay (Typhoon) has had an operation on his vocal chords, I’m pretty sure he has recovered by now.

Shapley: Need I mention the lack of promotions for CSJH The Grace? These poor 4 talented girls have also been shipped off to Japan to start all over again, after finally getting some recognition in Korea. Not forgetting the well known "stealing of color" issue earlier this year, where SNSD fans were favored over Shapley, although Shapley are the senior fanclub.

E.L.F: Where do I start? Honestly I have no idea where to begin with ELF. ELF have suffered in their short life span as well, when Cass succeeded in keeping their boys together, SM has walked all over ELF and they are still suffering due to the "sub group/extra member" issues.

Chocolates: Zhang LiYin does not get any backing deserving of her talents. The poor girl has been in China, her native country, and doesn’t get much support from SM in terms of promotions. Her fans are suffering continuously and one of the biggest insults was when in SMTownLive08 ShangHai, ZLY only sang two solo songs while other hoobaes (juniors) had more songs to sing.

Ayumi Lee: Her fans still to this day wonder what is happening with her promotions. She had joined SME with the hopes of getting better backing, but now has been shipped to Japan as well, as an actress. She is continuously ignored and left in the background. And where was she SMTownLive?

And that's me being extremely vague. The artists and the fans suffer, and of course the fans are the only ones with the voices, considering that they are not bound by contract. And with the past SM has had with contracts and artists leaving the company, you know that their contracts will be iron clad and very very specific."

There is just so much she has written and I do not feel like posting it all so do go read the history for yourselves . The person who wrote them is more than likely a Cassie and she is very informative. reading it all has not changed my mind on boycotting or about how crazy they can be but it does Highlight more of SME's actions and mistreatment towards it's artists.

This comes from a post on Crunchyroll forum from 2008 talking about boycotting SME

"I mean, personally, I have nothing against SM the label, it's more like..the people who run it.

There's a saying in Korea that states: "If you don't make it with SM then you can't make it anywhere." It's actually half true. The reason Shinhwa broke away from SM is that they couldn't stand not being able to participate in recording their album (like writing songs, being more active in the whole process, not being controlled), and the only reason why they're still doing fine is that their fanbase is HUGE and the fans are VERY supportive of their split from SM. Shinhwa was fed up with their songs being controlled, and fed up with being hit and bullied by SM managers. -__-;;
Basically, when you get old/get less popular in SM, they just leave you to rot. They'll discard you like an old sock.

SM controls your life - when you sign on, you're basically signing away your soul. When DBSK was first formed, Soo Man gave the order to put the boys on a water diet (they basically starved the boys to the extreme) to make their faces slimmer so that they look better in pictures. They often try to get artists to get plastic surgery in order to boost their appearances. No joke. SM goes for looks first, then talent. (They got lucky with DBSK - looks AND talent.)

When the whole scare that DBSK was going to be rotated came around (meaning winter-spring time this year), did you see the members cry at the perf.s and such? Well, I believe they were screamed at, then hit around, and they were banned from going to any press conferences. They were split up (put into different rooms and such) and they weren't allowed to discuss anything regarding it. I believe if they were going to rotate, they had announced that Jaejoong and Yoochun would be the first to leave because they "cause so much trouble".

If the fans did not stage the boycott of SM goods, I believe they really would have rotated DBSK. Plus the fact that Changmin is still a minor and their parents can still sue SM under their contract."

Posted 5 days ago on Korea.com comment on an article over the JYJ SME case

"No fair minded person who believes in the rule of law for all citizens and fairness for its nation’s greatest artists can do anything but deplore this latest act of shameful stalling by SM Entertainment. The International fans of JYJ call upon all of the world’s people to boycott SM, their stock, their artists and all product they produce in protest of this blatantly obvious ploy to further delay justice for JYJ. End this lawsuit NOW! The International community is watching what is going on in S.Korea and its compromised justice system and we are appalled!"

and although I agree that they should be appalled I do not believe a boycott will fix things.

that same person posted this on another site

"I just posted this on AllK-Pop:

I would like to ask all fans of JYJ not to mention believers in simple justice to boycott all SM product until they settle this case. If we vote with our wallets — if enough of us do, this terrible stalemate will end. If it’s just business as usual for SM, then maybe it won’t. We ALL want to move on. Please boycott SM so we can."

taken from JYJ3 comments on the court case recently

"@Shirley
“Although they’re apparently very powerful in Korea, SM should be investigated to the fullest extent. They are beginning to sound like the Korean mafia. Who do you know that can investigate them and expose their devious ways? Is everybody afraid of SM? ”

From what I’ve seen so far I’d have to say YES. All the interested parties are. All the people in the media who depend on having access to SM acts week in, week out are, all the people who own or book concert venues are, the CD manufacturers are, independent songwriters and producers who want to be able to work in SK are, etc etc etc and the rest of the Korean public couldn’t care less one way or the other. They have more pressing concerns to worry about in their lives than the cause of justice for already wealthy young, handsome pop stars.

THIS has been the problem so far. In SK, either Fear, among those in the allied industries of the music business or Apathy, among the general populace rules. The current government won’t step in because they are in bed all cozy and warm with SM Entertainment because of its relentless, largely exaggerated pushing of the Hallyu Wave as a source of economic growth and promotion for the country. Also, somebody somewhere talked the country’s financial advisers into investing their pension and welfare funds heavily into SM stock. So the current government literally has a vested interest in the continued health and prosperity of…. SM Entertainment. I think you can begin to see the problem.

Nobody ever said the powers-that-be at SM are stupid. Quite the contrary. They have covered their evil, duplicitous asses quite well. If they go down a pretty significant segment of the SK population suffers, one way or the other. Does that mean we stop trying to BRING them down, crashingly, in flames?? Hell, no."

And so once again I would like to try to encourage a method of action that just might benefit them gather your pitch forks fan signs megaphones and more and let the court know how you feel protest against the right people the people who will make a change possible. LSM is not about to bend over for any of us haven't you learned anything from the relentless way he is still clinging to the court cases after losing. The man is like a dog gripping a bone in it's jaws in this case a pitbull with a locked jaw seems to describe him the best no matter what you do he will not release JYJ from his grip. Protest in front of the court do not boycott sme it serves no purpose.

KEFU now TAOFAE

I thought I would take this time to tell you more about KEFU (*Careful* as I both loving and jokingly call it) the Facebook group I was brought into and then kidnapped as an admin for and then later in some ways have become a co-founder of. I am not sure what Aniah the creator of the group may think of that but since join the group and being kidnapped by the other admins and herself I have somewhat taken over having the name of the group changed and some other things. My good friend calls me the co founder and I am obliged to agree with her. I have however left the group and together with Muriah and some others continue to publish blog posts and articles.

We have supporters who have volunteered their help when we may need it. As of  November 2013 I am no longer part of K-EFU, I am however part of TAOFAE which consists of members from K-EFU as well as previous members. TAOFAE has the same feelings as K-EFU and stands for the same things as well.

We try to bring light to the dire state the lives of some Actors, Actresses, Comedians, Singers , Models all whom are involved in the Korean Entertainment Industry. We strive to improve the quality of life Korean officials and their police force are failing to maintain for their Celebrities. We strive to bring Sasaeng Activities to a halt to end the terror and injustice they create towards Celebrities.

Mission Statement:
To end the wrong doing caused by sasaengs "stalkerfans". As fans we are meant to have respect for ourselves and others. This includes other fandoms and the celebrities that work hard to entertain us. To find alternative was to deal with sasaengs in a non-violent way. To persuade the law enforcement, Government, and families to take action in handling sasaeng activities before it escalates to a point where murder is committed and people are physically injured beyond healing. Suicide is already a big issue along with Bullying we just want to reduce and prevent e it all as best as we can .

Article 30.

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

I have made some of these rights Bold and Italic my reason for that is the fact that these are rights Korean entertainers have had abused.

Sasaengs are guilty of breaking many of these laws but they are not the only ones Company CEO's, Broadcasting companies and the Korean government themselves. You can come sue me for slander if you like you won't get much I am on social assistance and you would have to prove what I am saying is false.

Koreans use their entertainers as scape goats but do not punish those in the public eye like sasaengs and private taxi drivers. The also do not do enough in their school systems to protect their students as so many get bullied in school , or are bullies in school and so many in a result of bullying kill themselves.

Some may wonder why the marriage one was highlighted and that is due to something not only involving an entertainer I like who had been fooled into signing a marriage license but also due to the fact that sasaengs have been known to try and steal personal seals to forge marriage documents I believe DBSK's sasaengs are the ones linked to this action.

They have exiled someone for moving to the USA though he was suppose to go into the military and it just wasn't something he was passionate about. Who wants dispassionate people protecting their country not that they would be protecting your country anyways in the long run. Let's face it some people just aren't geared for that life style. Also I do not believe they went to court but just exiled him like that .

my favorite funny man Hong Dong ahjusshi was made to be a criminal for owing back taxes that happens to the best of us normally we just pay it back and it's all good . Sadly that wasn't the case for my favorite Ahjusshi instead he has had to retire has lost credibility was purposely denied a chance to win an award in my opinion was rightfully his to win. The entertainment world has lost something special with him not being part of it.

SME is Extremely Guilty of breaking no less than 2 of these laws it's a known fact that artists under SME have very little rest or leisure, do not get paid the same amount of money , and have not had certain living comforts . one member of Super Junior didn't even have a bed for a long time and if I am not mistaking only got a bed because of fans. They have also been blocking JYJ from being able to perform in Korea.

I could go on with more things and I will definitely post more articles and the likes though up to now I believe I have posted more than enough things to prove just how much these laws have been broken.

2 blogs mine & hers

http://ethlenn.blogspot.ca/2012/05/come-to-fandom-they-said.html

I read this blog and really liked it I now follow it

I will copy and paste things from her blog with my opinions as well as most I agree with and some I agree a little less first things first the photo on her blog . hers will always be in " " where as mine wont.

I agree with this whole heartedly hardcore fangirls are like soldiers armed with venomous fangless mouths that tear into you trying to tear you to shards for the sole fact that you do not follow their belief system and dare to have a mind of your own with your own set of morals and values that oppose their own .

"I don’t want to complain about the center of all fandoms, I’m not going to argue whether this-or-that music is good or bad. Because, ultimately, it’s the music, right? I truly enjoy some Kpop bands/singers.
What I loathe is their fandoms."

so far I'm all on board I cannot deny there have been alot of good things to come out of fandoms. However I feel much bad has come so much in fact that it overshadows the good.

"Nowadays, it’s really hard to stay beyond the fandom, especially when a person is connected to social media (be it twitter, fora, tumblr, blogs, facebook etc.) and bombarded by all kinds of information from around. Of course some do that, but they don’t belong to “fans” world. They like to listen to this-or-this song, but it doesn’t make anyone a fan. I like to listen to Panjabi once every 5 months, but that doesn’t make me a fan of Hindu music (au contraire, India culture scares me with its unhinged vitality-destruction violent circle). I’m talking about being a fan as a part of the fandom – that is: knowing about the albums, tours, interviews etc. The hideous and sick subgenre to fans is sasaeng group, but I wrote about them so many times already so that I won’t sacrifice the space here and now."

tsk tsk now this is where I start to disagree not with the fact that it is hard to stay beyond the fandom let's face it KPOP is everywhere! and honestly I like it that way. I do not think you have to know everything about a group, love everything about a group, buy everything about a group in order to be a fan. I listen to a wide selection of Asian music Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian & Indonesian I do not know anything about many of the singers or bands and do not attempt to find much out but I am a fan of their music. I love the way Chinese music sounds a lot of it has a very soothing effect on me. I am a fan of the genre itself not so much of the artists though I am Definitely a fan of some groups. Just because it may not be my first choice does not mean I am not a fan of it my passion towards it just isn't as overwhelming as it is towards something else.
I am not in a fandom at least I do not consider myself to be I am a freelance fan. I know about group tours I just do not pay attention to them mainly since it's a rare thing to hear they are in Montreal besides the fact that although I love the groups concerts aren't much in my comfort zone since I do not always do well in large massive groups of pushy loud people. I read or watch the interviews, save as many pictures as I can of groups I really enjoy or find aesthetically pleasing. I buy the albums as well but I do not always know everything about the albums off the top of my head. There are groups I really love listening to but I have no idea how many cds they have or all the names of them I am just not that passionate just having access to their songs is good enough for me.

"I was suppressing my anger for a long, long time, since, truth be told, I was never a real part of any fandom (a short and painful encounter with Cassies doesn’t count). Ever since Infinite, this became an integrated part of my life and daily routine – checking the official website, having subbing teams’ websites bookmarked, and of course listening to the music, watching shows etc. I like it. It’s the fandom I started to hate."

so far I can follow this I am not even that dedicated sadly but I have to admit with Super Junior I was very active in finding the shows they were on subbed in english and going to fan forums and the likes.

"I learned about OTP in a crude way – by stepping on some fragment of a fanfic. "
"fandoms took OTP (One True Pairing) into a new level, and yet not the higher one. Fangirls (age 8 – 20) are sure band members are fucking. They are even surer of that than of sun rising on the east the next day. If band members display the affection towards each other – it’s a proof they’re having sex 265 times a day. If they don’t – it means they have “silent days” in their ‘marriage’".So they ship, yes ship (I don't know why a ship) some OTP and - and this is good part - if 1/2 of this OTP starts to, I dunno, talk with another member, a hell breaks loose. Fangirls hate it, write letters, cut themselves, armageddon!! Instead of shrugging it because normal people talk to others, especially in a closed group. It's hard NOT to talk, stand close each other sometimes."

I definitely have to admit that some really have taken things a little too far but I think it's safe to say the age range is actually higher since there have been sasaengs and devoted fans in their 30s for that matter if I was Korean or Chinese I would be 30 following the lunar calendar of age. Most of us know it's all fake but we just live in the fantasy it's not like we really wish for it or want it to happen it's true however some take things to extremes.

"When I was younger, you know, we fangirls dreamed about snatching the guy to ourselves. We imagined our dream dates, and we KNEW those were just an empty talk. A dream to make our days brighter, fluffier and nicer. When we watched Kylie and Jason’s Especially for You MV, we were envious of Kylie. We wanted to be in her place (it’s a fangirl thing, you won’t understand).
Nowadays, fangirls dream of group members to snatch each other, marry and adopt some kids. This is nothing against gay rights, just to clarify things. So fangirls get high by imagining their idol is not with them (as a usual, normal fangirl would do) but with another guy from the band. What’s the purpose of this? “If he can’t be with me, let him be with a band mate?” What the f*ck is this logic? Heck, even crazy fangirls of Guns’n’Roses didn’t want see their guys one on another, you know. I find it disturbing and disgusting. It doesn’t show an ounce of admiration to your “idol” at all. It doesn’t show your appreciation of their talent. And as my friend V. said – it’s partially the agency’s fault as well. People from there know exactly about those idiotic OTPs that fangirls create and they pair the members like that for a photoshoot. But don’t blame the members when they start to flair up about the oppressive fandom (it has already begun and I wonder how that will go).
I don’t have to add that the most ruined image has SuJu, right? According to fans (they even change wikipedia from time to time, writing “husband to…”, “wife of…” there, seriously), all in SJ screwed each other. No virgins."

Once again I wont and can't generalize because I know many people are still fangirls in the way I am and how I used to be just like this girl was. I cannot however deny that I have shipped pairs in groups. it has mainly been in fun, I do not wish them to be together though if there is something real between them I hope they will be together. I am a yaoi lover but I am a full time yaoi lover, I watch the themed movies and all. I daydream about them sweeping me away but I am not adverse to them sweeping each other away either I mean who could deny love? I know many girls who day dream of their bias but who also ship him with someone.I have a friend who is in love with FTIslands Seunghyun but she still supports the thought of SeungJae because Jaejin and him have a special friendship a brotherhood but she doesn't really want him to be with him she wants him for herself. I think we sometimes think if I have to share my bias with someone I would rather it be with someone I know loves him and who loves him more than me? well his bandmate. I admit it's odd but hey no one is perfect. There are many idols who really do not care about that kind of things no matter what fans end up think as she mentioned there are so many pairs in Suju due to the large number of members. They do not care if the fans think dirty things of them as long as they continue to support them in anyways possible at the end of the day sex sells and if the fans think they are together and are willing to support them buy spending money on their albums and merchandise well all the better for it. Some fangirls really are extreme and need some help there was never any doubts about it but I refuse to generalize because there are a lot of fans out there who have perfectly healthy mentalities.

"Very recent about another fandom, namely Inspirits. For a year I thought it’s one of the friendliest, sanest fandoms in Kpop world. Latest alevin of fangirls brought some bad blood with it and they distort this used to be nice fandom. We, older Inspirits, love all 7. We may have our favorite (usually more than one, cause it’s a really hard task to stick with just one in this group, I have 3) but we support all of them. New piece-of-carps are distorting it. They have one and only one, but they don’t stop at this – they bash others. The main war is between two main vocals’ fan girls. The reason? Sit, because this is beyond ridiculous – the number of lines, the screen time. I mean… o---key. When did they run from the mental facility? Because such person has to be a deranged lunatic to argue about those thing. It affects the whole fandom, and it makes us look bad. I wrote replies to one of my tumblr friends’ posts who wanted to explain as calmly and reasonably as she could that such war is pointless and ludicrous. But I doubt 13-years-olds would understand half of the words of her posts, so it may be written in vain. But it has to be done nonetheless. Fine, I admit, it was Wuhyeon’s voice who caught my attention at first, and he still is my greasy cutie, but the award for the best voice in this group goes to Seonggyu, I’m so sorry. Now, butt hurt fan girls, you can track me and sue me, I don’t really care. Fighting over such nonsense thing is an absurd. It’s tiring and it’s ugly. Plus, our little fandom lately has been cracking and vanishing. Why? All because as I wrote in Infinitize review – fans wanted boys’ new album to sound like everything else in Kpop. They wanted to get another EXO album. Oh, I’m sorry idiots, Woolliment is not SMEnt, if you haven’t noticed. Thanks to the all gods, old, new and forgotten for that! Don’t try to reason that SMEnt has a good music. It has catchy music, but catchy doesn't mean good music. In fangirlish: catchy=/=good. Except for some, all filler songs on DBSK albums are boring. Deal with that. SHINee has generic music, beaten only by that of SuJu (I don’t count girls groups cause they’re all carp, ALL). I don’t understand war among fandoms, but war inside of one fandom is just beyond my capability of understanding. It’s just not right."

I think most of us can agree that these kind of wars are pointless and they happen in far too many fandoms to count. This happens in girl groups as much as boy groups and I do not share her view on girl groups because I happen to be a fan of numerous ones.I do have to agree with the fact that so many kpop songs sound alike and there needs to be some improvement. The music is all still good to me but sometimes I really can't tell the difference between groups. I think catchy is good because I good song is often that though at the same time there are some songs I dislike and I dislike them more because they are catchy so even if I do not like it I end up singing it anyways. This person apparently has her own idea on what good music is to her and I respect that she's allowed her opinion but I happen to enjoy a lot of groups in SME I just dislike the company not its artists. I must agree War between fandoms is something I shake my head at and roll my eyes over but within it's own fandom is so much worse like the JYJ fandom they do not even realize they are tearing the fandom apart and doing no favors to the men who all love each other and value their brotherhood. Fandom wars are pointless and disgusting.

"Does this make me give up on K-music? No, because I came here for music, not for fandom."

I agree with that 100%

have they lost their crowns and tiaras?

so many tabloids have fed the world fables and many of them have been taken at face value however not all have.

AllKPop is a very popular website to get your kpop news and it would seem unfounded rumors and gossip. AKP is not the only site to circulate half truths and fabrications however but it is the one in my opinion that fans the fires fueling the spark into a wild fire.

There are people who tell readers to not lay blame on AKP that they merely translate news from a tabloid. I cannot agree with the statement because it's more then just spreading the trash the tabloids have thrown to waste. Once you are posting articles about "What is Your Opinion ?" and "Truth Or Not" "Yes or No do You believe it?" you are given way to more controversy you are setting up a battle ground for Fan wars. You are encouraging net trolls and Anti fan scum and giving them a playground to sow their seeds of disgusting behaviors and unjustified hate.

T-ara is still wildly hated for a what has been proven to some extent to be mass lies, that is not to say some bullying has not gone on. The CEO has guaranteed the existence of it by the methods in which he employed to not only use the group but to make the group more famous.

The smart thing to do is to encourage a change in the whole Korean system . Punish all punishable acts not just in those who are suppose to be role models but in ordinary everyday folk as well. Bullying is a big issue why are you not doing anything? WHAT ARE YOU DOING? get courses in schools relating to violence get non profit organizations set up that help your youth. Korea apparently has the highest rate of suicides why is that? and what do you plan to do about it? do not just harp on about what Idols are doing do something about what is being done to them!

Today I went on to facebook only to find out there has been a sex scandal involving a member of big bang. Personally I do not find anything wrong with what occurred in his private life in the privacy of his own rooms. What I DO have a problem with is people put him on the chopping block using a photo that if it should be him violates his rights. He is in a state of undress unaware of the photo being taken has not consented to having the photo taken and his name is being dragged through the dirt which is slander! The photo looks like just another sasaeng stalker photo which is very common hell not that long ago the members luggage was stolen in japan so who is to say that is not just another case of sasaeng activities or even anti fan behavior.

Acting the way she has the girl has painted herself as a whore to some sleeping with him and then photographing him and telling personal sexual things involving him. There is a saying that should hold true A lady never kiss and tells. Also if it were true what the hell are you thinking not protecting yourself by safe sex! The woman must not care about herself at all to say all she ha, she painted a much unflattering picture of herself never mind of him.

I have so much to say but really just can't find the right words to express myself at this point.

Black Oceans is another topic I have been seeing often and my opinion on that is that if you go to a concert you should encourage all that are there if you are there only to cheer one group fine but there is no need to be an ass. These artists work hard it's rude to disrespect them if you truly dislike a group that is there don't go to that damn concert instead of being rude and calling for them to get off stage and being jerks. Someone stated there are groups who do not have any colours that is true there are but they are still cheered for and people still encourage them or sing along. they will still shine their light sticks it's not always about the colour showing it's about the support. Artists work hard to try and bring good music and entertainment to the world . I find it ironic so many people demand respect but have no idea how to give it themselves.

Regardless of all the rumors and even some disturbing truths these idols have not lost the crowns a top their heads. T-ara still maintains a certain amount of popularity regardless of haters trying to bring them down. Seungri will still be a heart throb females will still swoon over him and feel jealous of the woman he apparently choked out wishing it were their necks his hands clutched and their bellies his jizz landed on."Oppa hand me a towel too this way I can keep it as a reminder of our time together" the crazy ones would say. Nickkhun is still supported and missed and loved I waited patiently for his return to where I can gaze at him in open admiration. All those other idols who have been stabbed with thorns in their sides and had monkeys clinging to their backs Hwaiting! you can do it! Sasaengs and sleazy reporters go bump in the night but true fans shine a light so bright the darkness loses it's hold on our beloved entertainers.

Anti-Sasaengs

so we already knew that the two existed Anti's who are as bad as sasaengs and sasaengs who might as well be anti's. Now I find out that low and behold there are Sasaengs that are Anti's and Anti's that are sasaengs in otherwords haters who stalk the idols they hate.

Super Junior and JYJ/TVXQ are known to have as many anti's as fans and sasaengs recently someone showed me this Korean website, this article talks all about Super Junior and their anti fan stalkers. http://star.mk.co.kr/v2/view.php?sc=40900002&cm=%BE%C6%C0%CC%B5%B9+%BC%D2%BD%C4&year=2012&no=155042&selFlag&relatedcode&category=home

the article basically states how the people went into the home of Super Junior and left obscene and abusive messages in their home, leaving graffiti all over. And as well as in the JYJ/TVXQ case left under wear or shared their phone numbers online and posted everything they did proudly on the internet for all to see. They themselves leaving the proof of their law breaking.

Here is another Tumblr which shows more of the same only this time the writing is in english. http://kekaru.tumblr.com/post/30473656232/janie6789-super-juniors-dealing-with

(taken from the above link) Super Junior’s dealing with Anti-Sasaengs [Part 1 of 5]

While sasaeng fans are becoming the issue for other groups, Suer Junior has had to deal with persistent anti-sasaeng fans.

These anti-saseng fans have been active from 2006 until recently, and unlike regular anti-fans, they have somehow found out Super Junior’s own dorm password and have broken into their dorm, putting graffiti of swear words around the dorm and even hanging a woman’s underwear on the door. They are known as “sasaeng anti-fans”.

On top of this, they have also found out the members’ phone numbers and swear after calling them, or spreading their phone number on the internet. Furthermore, they covered their mini-hompys with language.

And instead of them being ashamed of their actions, they post their misdeeds on their cyworld, shocking greatly.

I have a cyworld account though I barely find time to go on it these days and I have to admit I have searched while doing my research and have not found anything however when on Naver I have found normal Sasaeng stalker diaries.

part 2 Super Junior has suffered from these so-called ‘anti-sasaeng’ fans for years. This is the way that Sungmin dealt with his.

He had an online chat with his anti-sasaeng, the transcript of which was posted on the anti-sasaeng’s cyworld. The translated version is posted below: *the korean writing the looks like a back wards F is laughter*
